About the work

From the series Post-cubist rituals

Geometric motifs are another milestone in the abstract work of Pavel Baňka, in whose compositions the author lets the variable that has fascinated him all his life, namely time, play out. The author's experiments playing out movement and therefore time are based on real situations, but they fascinate with their ability to touch the essence of life, whose motive can be nothing else than a circle.
